We are in a highly vulnerable area, with predators such as coyotes and bears. The dogs are 100% effective and invaluable to the preservation of our herd. Their maternal nature and calm temperaments make them a sensible choice as "Guardians of the Herd".

We generally have 2 litters of Guardian puppies a year. They are born and raised in the goat fields with working parents; a tried and true method for raising an effective Livestock Guardian dog. We have AKC registered and Purebred Great Pyrenees as well as an occasional litter of 7/8 Great Pyr 1/8 Anatolian pups, for those who prefer a shorter coated dog. The majority become working Livestock Guardians but some go to family homes. We take reservations for puppies in advance. We will be happy to provide references on working dogs from past litters.
